"The room was not properly cleaned, hair clogged in the shower drain that my husband had to clean out because when showering the water was overflowing onto the floor…staff was rude when I asked for cleaning supplies to clean the room because they said it was late 10pm and housekeeping was not available to come up and clean our room but that they could accommodate us by moving us from the 12th floor with views to the 6th floor."

"The view was beautiful, the staff was very friendly. We booked a room with a stop top? It could not plug in under the cabinets because the outlet was broken. I also assumed there would be cooking pans since it had a stove but it did not have them we had to purchase them. The beds didn’t have blankets, only had sheets and a top sheet to cover up with. Overall it was a good stay & the price wasn’t bad. We would stay again. "

"DON’T STAY THERE!!!. I felt like we were in the ghetto. Neither the indoor/ outdoor pool or the hot tub were in service. The building that houses them looked like it was condemned. There was trash everywhere and sketchy people loitering all around the property. Some looked homeless. Some looked like hookers. Inside the common areas of the building and the rooms was even more concerning. There was mold, dead roaches, crumbs and sticky surfaces everywhere. Urine stains all around the toilet...
