"This was potentially the worst hotel stay I've ever had. I've never stayed in a room with such poor sound proofing before and sleeping was miserable. You could hear EVERY time someone opened their door. It didn't help that the bar had karaoke playing super loudly too on Friday and Saturday night. You could hear everything. "Room photos on expedia showed a room that had been nicely renovated but our room was one that clearly hadn't been done yet. Place didn't seem full so I'm guessing not very many rooms look like the pictures. "It's hard to explain how beautiful the grounds are at Wetherly Inn! The hosts Merideth, Pete and Sam were really sweet and kind during our entire stay. We spent 9 nights at the Inn during our honeymoon and it was the best part of the whole Salt Spring Island experience. They have a great game room, large pool, and many private spaces for seating. I can wholly recommend staying at the inn, and this is coming from someone that does not even like travellong. "
