"Staff is very friendly and responsive to all requests. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Property is well maintained and the grounds are beautiful. The beach is beautiful and the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, are a huge plus. Downsides - drinks at outdoor bar are too pricey for the quality you get. Also, the restaurant food offerings are limited and sub-par. It would be great if a better restaurant was available on premises."

"Room was immaculate. There are 5 restaurants nearby ,2 at the hotel. The pool was awesome. The hotel is right in the heart of hyannis harbor. We enjoyed our 2 night stay!"

"I loved the resort very attentive and the room clean big and airy, several clean towels always available and a large deck facing the sea, could live there without a shadow of a doubt perfect place ... I just think it could have a wider range of options Of food in the restaurant and the jet skis were not so expensive for an hour p two people $ 148. But overall I loved going back more often for sure !!!"

"The pool water was murky/dirty upon check in on July 3. A sign stated that the pool would be inspected on July 15. It should have been repaired prior to the July 4th holiday! There has been a great change from last year's owners. We have stayed there several years in a row and the pool was clean. The breakfast hours have been reduced from 7 am to 9 am instead of 10 am. "Parker beach lodge was amazing! My husband and I stayed for 2 nights ! Was just a 2min walk to the beach , and 3 min walk to the skipper Resturant !! We loved it there! & less than a 5 min drive to the Main Street where everything you need is there! In a great quiet location , did a day trip to Dennis & Chatham ! Was the perfect inbetween spot !
