"Hotel was in poor condition. Indoor pool was not very well maintained and should be renovated. The room we stayed in was missing outlet covers, the chair at the table was broken, there were stains on the ceiling above the bed, the tv did not work when we first were in the room and needed to be reconnected by a maintenance person, the safe did not work in the room, the bathroom faucet made a loud noise when it was running cold water, the bed frames had dust on them, and there were stains on the...

"Not in a Rt.28 motel anymore. Property and hotel were immaculate. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Plenty of bath products. Was a great getaway stay. 2 pools and surrounding areas were very clean. Always nice to have a restaurant and a lounge in the hotel. Only complaints no microwave. Other than that will gladly return. Special shout out to 2 ladies at the counter which assisted me in our check in. I believe their names were Sarah and Theresa."
