"Hotel muito bem localizado, belíssimo, quarto bem espaçoso, bom chuveiro, excelente cama. O ar condicionado fazia um barulhao, mas conseguimos dormir bem. Atendimento da equipe do saguão foi bom, mas os senhores que levaram as malas foram excelentes!"

"Acomodação razoável, bairro excelente, quarto barulhento, vizinhos não respeitaram o horário de silêncio, pé da cama direito na área de passagem causando contusões."

"Private room and private bath. Rooms have a small fridge, AC unit, and nespresso machine. Shared washer/dryer and kitchen Great place and Vince was great as well."

"Jabba's home is nice. Prepare for street parking only. This is a triplex home and all rooms are shared. Tge description on Expedia does not say this. The other guest, well you would know they are there. There were dishes in the sink overnight, (pet peeve of mine) and the 3rd floor people..... (kind of noisy). "Nice and relaxing"

"The owner was super helpful until we actually had a problem- the WiFi was not showing up to connect to, and I messaged the owner and sent a screenshot like they asked and then they never responded. We were not able to use the tv since it required WiFi. Not the end of the world, but a bit annoying when we wanted to wind down for the night and watch something before bed. Also, generally the place seemed a bit run-down and kind of sad looking."

"Need a real coffee maker. The heater didn't work other than that bed was really comfortable bathroom clean great shower all together a decent place will consider coming back"

"Elevador com defeito. Area a noite com mtos drogados. Hotel bom mas mto caro."

"Incrível, quarto é pequeno, mas super tecnológico! Localização privilegiada "

"Incrível tudo no hotel, localização, quartos, café da manhã, atendimento"

"Boa localização, linda vista"

"This was a beautiful hotel with ideal location for a quick overnight visit in Ballard. Lovely neighborhood, terrific restaurants, and spectacular Farmers Market just outside the door on Sunday morning. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming."

"Wonderful experience!"

"A hotel that delivers exactly what it promises: comfort, excellent location, and the brand’s consistent standards. It’s not a particularly memorable experience, but it meets expectations very well for a Grand Hyatt. In the absence of an affordable breakfast option at the hotel, I ended up discovering some of the many great cafés in the area."
