Apesar de cobrar uma robusta taxa de resort de 32 USD por diária, a acomodação oferece empréstimo de caiaque e bicicletas apenas até as 3 da tarde, o que acaba inviabilizando bastante o uso, principalmente pra quem não consegue encarar o Sol da Flórida na cabeça. "One of the best places we've stayed"

"Our family of 4 stayed in this rental for a long weekend. Our kids loved fishing off the back deck and the community pool was very warm with plenty of seats. Everyone in the community was friendly and we had a wonderful experience with Kimberly, the property manager. She was very accessible and answered all of our questions along the way. The only reason we gave this property a 4 star was because a couple of the screen doors didn’t work. One we weren’t able to open and the other we could get to...

"We found the best place to stay! Bring your boat and enjoy the fabulous water view. Watch the dolphins from your porch. It's a short trip to Key West. Lots of great restaurants are nearby. Enjoy the amenities of Venture Out."

"The resort is beautiful lots of nice amenities,the check in was simple,and we enjoyed being close to Key West,but not in Key West.Id give it a thumbs up"

"The property was perfectly situated on the water in a quite community. For landlubbers from Missouri, the deck looking over the water was definitely the highlight. So peaceful. The house suited our needs completely but there were several small oversights that could have been easily fixed.
