"The cottage was perfect for me and my 3 kids. We loved the location being less than a 30min drive from both Key West and Marathon, and within 20min of several beaches. The kids took a dip in the private pool in the back everyday. Check-in process was seamless, and the rooms were perfectly climate controlled. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in the keys."

"This house was the best water front with a pool in the lower keys for the money. We really enjoyed our stay, and look forward to booking again. I wouldn’t expect a brand new house and there was some things that were less then pristine about the house but isn’t most things in the Florida Keys. Side note accessing the slips by water is a bit of a challenge. Cudjoe Bay is shallow! 2 houses south has buoys use them and head out that way. "

"We had a fabulous time staying here! Check-in and communication was easy. The house comfortably fit 10 people. The kitchen was well-stocked even though we brought some of our own stuff. My favorite feature is the separate ice maker we could all fill our Stanley’s from. The pool was wonderful although we did bring our own umbrella for some shade. "We had such a great stay in this beautiful house in Cudjoe Key. The property was just like the images online and if you walked out about 5 feet, you would be in the water. We used the grill one night, but every night, we sat on the balcony enjoying the view. Great pool in the neighborhood. The kitchen was well-stocked and there was comfortable furniture to lounge around. Would come back and would recommend. "

"The house is absolutely beautiful! You cannot beat the location. We met the owner while we were at the gated community and he was very accommodating. You can kayak right out back, there are great views from the pool which was kept nice and cool during the summer. We highly recommend this place. Just be sure to secure a place to park your trailer before you arrive if you’re bringing a boat. We did have some issues with the initial property manager, but the owner took over with communication...

"The unit was perfect for us..the A/C worked great especially during the highest temperatures ever recorded. We love staying at Venture Out...so convenient to have our boat right there...they have alot of rules but that's what makes it stay nice and calm for us older folks. "My family and I had an incredible stay. We utilized every available component of the home including the dock. Property manager provided us with 2 available free ramps to drop off our jet-skis. We settled on the ramp located on Blimp Road, which was a 10 minute drive and 15-20 minute ride on the skis. We were able to tie off our skis our whole stay with no issues. Home was exactly as disclosed and worked great for our family. Communication was great, with quick respond time. "
