"The hotel is in a perfect location, with a walk distance from many bars, stores and downtown. The room is very clean and has everything you need! The staff is so pleasant and nice! I will definitely come back and recommend to everyone! "

"awful. zero hygiene, beyond poor service. we were two people and they gave us one towel and said they were out of towels. bathroom toilet didn’t work. breakfast area was disgustingly dirty and not cleaned for days. "

"Tolle Lage und man ist schnell in Downtown. Das Appartement ist toll und gemütlich, allerdings nicht nicht gut geeinigt und es fehlt an einer Grundausstattung in der Küche (u.a. keine Töpfe, unvollständiges Besteck). Beide Toiletten funktionieren unzuverlässig. Die Klimaanlage ist laut und kühlt zu schwach in den Schlafzimmern. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war schnell und freundlich, aber nutzlos da nix passierte. Trotzdem würde ich diese Appartement aufgrund seiner Lage wieder in Betracht nehmen."

"Rented this awesome house for my 30th birthday with my mom and a couple of friends! It was the perfect location. Make sure to walk a block to the Cosmic Pickle! And it's just a short drive to downtown. The private pool and sauna were perfect!Can't recommend this place enough. "

"We had10 adults & the location was perfect, only 1.4 miles from the wedding venue on South Congress. South Congress also entertained with great shopping & eateries. So much activity within a short distance. Thank you we were so comfortable & all loved it!"

"The house was accommodating for our family as it had two master bedrooms which worked well, however one of the king mattress's desperately needs to be replaced! :( It was so broken down that the sides were splayed, and I felt like I had to crawl out of a hole just to get out of it. We very much enjoyed the screened patio as it gave us extra room for meals at the dining table. The location was nice and convenient and we enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. "

"Awesome location, But, pictures on VRBO not a good representation of the property, no electrical outlets in the bathroom, shower head hit me at chest level and I’m 5-10”, only coffee maker is a keurig and back yard was un-mowed and looked nothing like the properties pictures and an above ground pool had some dark stale water at the bottom! If you just want a place to sleep close to everything, and you can overlook our comments and the price this place is for you!"

"We stayed at this beautiful property during my son‘s military welcome home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It is in a great location close to Lady Bird Lake. There were a bunch of games that we enjoyed playing during our stay. The yard had a huge tree that shaded the property perfectly. It was wonderful for my son‘s ESA."
