"Check-in was as described and very easy. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and large. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, large refrigerator, ice maker and all the necessary things. The washing machine (even with detergent) and dryer in the apartment in a separate room were very practical. As requested, we had an apartment on the 9th floor with a view of downtown. "We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Glass Treehouse. The pictures really didn't do it justice. The location couldn't have been more perfect as well - just a quick walk to the Barton Springs/Creek, and a short Uber ride into Downtown Austin. The best of both worlds! Lisa was super accommodative and a great communicator - made an early check-in/late check-out happen for our group. Hope to be able to stay there again soon."

"Chereen was great with communication from the moment I booked. Had a little hiccup and she was able to help. The place is nice and clean. Nice little welcome goodies waited for us. Very quiet neighborhood and close to many things to do. The only thing was that it did not feel very private as there are several units around it, and the one next to ours had their blinds open the entire time we were there. It was uncomfortable to have ours open as well. Other than this, I would definitely recommend...

"Our family had an amazing stay in Eugene’s house! He communicated well and was quick to respond to messages. He went above and beyond our expectations when he picked up and delivered a rice cooker for us to use. The house is spacious and well laid out with a lot of different sleeping areas and sitting areas. The long dining table was great for seating all 12 of us. My boys also enjoyed the tent, hammock, swimming pool, and play set in the backyard. We would definitely stay again!"

"This was my 5th time to return to this property. When I’m in town for work or fun… this is always my go to place. The location is ideal for working on the UT campus and very close to downtown for excellent music and dining. The property is immaculate. It’s in a quiet neighborhood w/o The traffic and parking that you would have to deal with downtown. The host has provided everything I have ever needed. "When we arrived the property was not ready. However, the team responsible sent cleaners over and fixed the issue in a few hours. Otherwise we had a great stay in a comfortable house in a quiet neighbourhood. Readily accessible by foot to all of the attractions on S 1st and for walkers out to Ladybird Lake, the Congress St Bridge and DT Austin. There's a nature trail on Bouldin Creek right across the street. With one bathroom maybe just family but our kind and patient friends didn't mind sharing."
