"We had an awesome time staying at SoCo Urban Paradise! Our teen boys loved the room, rooftop & pool the most. We loved how modern & clean it was, plus it was literally close to EVERYTHING we planned. LOVED the amazing view of the bats at night also from the rooftop- so cool! Our hosts were EASY to communicate with & so welcoming. Would definitely come back & also recommend!"

"Everything was as advertised. The property is tucked away from the South Austin traffic, but close enough to anyway you need to go. Liza’s communication was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"Great location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, HEB and minutes from downtown. Pictures are exactly how the home is and the space is comfy. "

"Everything was 5 star! There was refreshments available, the bed was like sleeping in a cloud, neighborhood was quiet and felt safe-while close to everywhere I wanted to go. Highly recommend and will be saving for future trips! "

"Beautiful home! Absolutely gorgeous. Very clean and spacious. So close to Barton springs. A 3 minute walk. The neighborhood is probably the best place to stay in Austin. The host is extremely friendly and response so quick. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! I plan on staying here the next time I come back! "

"The house was fantastic, and was the best home I’ve vacationed in. The host was super easy to reach out here too and had a lot of amenities that benefited us."

"We spent a few days here on a last minute trip to soak up the last bits of summer with our boys, and it couldn’t have been a better spot. The duplex was clean, cozy, and stocked up with everything we needed. Being just a short walk to Barton Springs Pool was such a win - we were able to enjoy the water without the hassle of driving or parking. The family lives upstairs, but it still felt private and comfortable. By the end of our trip, our boys were already asking when we would come back…...

"This was a great place to stay while we were in town for the weekend to see the F1 race. After a bit of a confusing check in (host's instructions weren't clear and they seemed to forget we were coming) everything was great. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend!"

"Adorei a minha estadia em Austin! A localização é excelente, em uma área tranquila, ideal para relaxar. Os funcionários foram muito gentis e atenciosos, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Embora o hotel não ofereça café da manhã, os quartos são studios com cozinha, o que foi uma ótima vantagem, pois pudemos preparar nossas próprias refeições. O quarto era super confortável e o hotel, no geral, estava sempre muito limpo. Achei que o custo-benefício foi ótimo, considerando o conforto e a praticidade que o hotel oferece. Um ponto a se atentar é que o estacionamento custa 5 dólares por noite, o que não estava especificado no Hoteis.com, mas ainda assim é um valor razoável. Com certeza, voltaria e recomendo!"
