"This place has everything and was much bigger than anticipated. 2 large balconies, enjoyed hanging out at night listening to the frogs and the many iguanas that hang out at the top of the trees in the morning. Everything is included for your stay including beach chairs/coolers and a hose for washing sand off. Even included sunscreen.To help the next person use maps and put SSV Air-b-n-b as the directions. The driveway is steep but we managed with a compact car. Another note there are 2 TV's...

"This rental came with all amenities including hair dryer, several curling irons, facial wipes, paper goods, soaps, etc! Exceptional views all around the house! Pool was awesome! Set up for 2 couples with a pull out couch off of one of the master suites. One master suite had indoor and outdoor shower. The main suite only had an outdoor shower which had a covered ceiling and stone privacy walls! We loved it!!! Nice location close to Cruz bay!! Highly recommend! "

"Host booked the wrong date at the resort and was totally unresponsive when we contacted him about the issue. Left us stranded at the airport in St Thomas. We had to pay 1900 to get a room for one night. Still have not heard from the host with an explanation or apology."

"Everything was wonderful. I really appreciated how easy it was to access and for the help that we had if we needed any. This host has someone on St John that is available to help when needed and even helped us find the place the first time and walked us through the house sharing all the ins and outs. Great location with very little noise from neighbors. We loved it!"

He was very helpful and I know he had a lot to do and many people to help. Richard and all of the people at Gallows Point were very sensitive to what was going on, not everybody was. "

"Rarely do you arrive at a vacation home that is just so much better than the description and pics! This home was a terrific location for exploring St. John. It was immaculate, and was well outfitted with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beds and pillows were great. Kitchen had everything we needed for making dinners at home. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars each night. We also made friends with Pete, the owner's cat, who came to visit us each day. Highly recommended! "

"Not great for last-minute stays. Room was great but consistently trying to figure out accommodations with Marriott was frustrating. Dave worked hard to make everything right but we never got the reservation changed in our name which was a bit odd."
