"All the reviews you read a true. This was our 2nd time staying at Charlie’s place. Charlie is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. His villas are spotless and he has everything you need including car and boat rentals. This is the best location if you want secluded beaches. Just kayak over and explore Man-O-War Cay. The most beautiful colors of blue water and white sand in the world and you have it all to yourself! Driving can be a little intimidating with narrow roads. "

"Staying at Bayview Villas is like going home. Charlie is such a great host. The villas are always so clean and the view is unbelievable. There are kayaks to enjoy the area. The surrounding property is very-well tended and planted with a variety of fragrant flowering tropical plants and palms with a pristine and mostly deserted beach only steps away. "We spent an unforgettable week at Zen Exuma with 17 people—6 of them kids—and somehow, we all left more relaxed than when we arrived (miracle!). The house layout is spot-on for large groups, giving everyone space to gather and space to retreat when the kids discovered the volume button on life.What really made the trip extra special was the incredible support from Karin and the property manager, Cecil. "A beautiful house that was well equipped. The house is about 40 min from the airport but is in a great, quiet location. I had my adult children and 1 year old grand baby. The sandbar area is perfect for children to play. The pool area is nice with the tanning ledge. The host was very responsive. We hope to return in the future. "

"Everything in the description was exactly as it says! This was our second year here in Exuma and this place was incredible! The beach was a very short walk and waking up the ocean was right in view from both bedrooms. Everything was up to date and if we needed anything at all our host brought it to the house within the hour! Also it is very conveniently located to grocery stores, breakfast spots and downtown Georgetown. Can’t say enough great things about 4 turtles and we will be staying there...

"The manager met me at the airport, as the place isn't easy to find the first time. It was about 8 min. away from GGT. The room is very comfortable and clean, with a mini-kitchen attached. Be prepared that you will be staying in the middle of Moss Town, a Bahamian village, which sits a bit inland. The area is 100% safe, and it was fine for me, just not typically 'touristy'."
