"Check in was less than desirable. We were given keys to a room that was already occupied and the people were in it. Suprised and shocked that customer and i walk back to the office together and the apologies happened. Then, we were told that the hotel was completely full. Since we had done a pre paid booking, I asked her to check the other room that was on the otherside. She was stil under the illusion that the it was already spoken for. "My room smelled musty like old smoke. My sheets were stained and had burn marks. My 2 towels were stained and I was given 1 towel to replace and it was stained. The floors were dirty with black soot. My knight table was dirty with sticky drink. There was gum on the bathroom floor. Hair on my sink, dirt marks in the shower. Soot around the back of the toilet and on top of the shower. A manager tried entering one of our rooms without knocking and wasn’t able to because the security latch was on....

"I stayed there for one after a half marathon in Lake Sonoma. The property was clean, plenty of parking, and the room was ample and comfortable. Great location close to the freeway. "

"The staff were super friendly and we were comfortable here, and would even consider staying again. It is very good for the price. I think the only things I complained about were the weirdly build shower and the tv not working very well. Other than that it was a clean, quiet hotel! "

"Loved everything about this resort. I only wish it had been a bit warmer so we could have enjoyed the fire pit overlooking the ocean. Our room was cozy and warmed by a stove fireplace and had a beautiful view of the ocean. We were greeted with delicious cookies and a free glass of wine. More delicious bakery treats were available in the morning with coffee. I highly recommend a stay at this resort."

"This was our second stay here. It's a perfect spot to be close to our family. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit."

"O Hotel é bom, limpo e confortável porém, um pouco caro. Não gostei do café da manhã, pouca coisa oferecida, melhor comer fora. Fiz a reserva antecipada por 6 noites mas precisei estender para ficar mais um dia, dessa forma, me cobraram uma tarifa bem mais cara pela diária. Não é muito bem localizado, você precisa ter carro para ir ao centro da cidade."
