"Absolutely amazing. Customer service was fantastic, we had a small issue with checking in the wrong room. Marty wanted to make it right and he even upgraded us to a suite. The room was beautiful. They are doing construction in the hotel so we couldn’t use the amenities but we were able to use the amenities at the hotel next door. The noise from the construction never bothered us. Everything in Teton village is very walkable from snake river, all the tours we did offered pick up and drop off so...

Ponto abaixo da crítica foi o famoso SPA, que não tinha disponibilidade para nenhum tratamento e o colchão excessivamente mole, apesar da solicitação para proverem uma opção mais firme. No geral, é uma ótima opção mesmo fora da temporada de neve, como base para os passeios da região de Grand Teton e Jackson Hole."
"This place was elegant and yet comfy. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. Great views of the Tetons and close to town for shopping and eating. The Inn had a happy hour for the guests which was lovely and the 5 star breakfast was delicious and beautiful. "
"What a little slice of heaven. I loved being able to be in the Park, away from the crowds and able to access Jenny, String, and Leigh Lakes without the crowds. Riding bikes to the trailheads was an extra bonus. We will be back!!"
