"We Loved this hotel! The owner was very nice and Aria was so fantastic to give us advice on beaches, and assure us that the drive was easy! Thank you, Aria! The hotel is SO comfortable with excellent AC and is located on the cutest street / pathway in Chania. Note: we knew nothing about parking so we parked in the closest spot we could find, walked to the hotel to check in, then reparked at a dirt parking lot not too much farther (that we knew was legal). Chambre très propre et nettoyé et rangé tous les matins pendant que nous étions au petit-déjeuner. Présence d’un balcon qui nous permettait de profiter du coucher de soleil avec vu sur la mer.
Personnel très très gentil, agréable et serviable.
Emplacement super avec plages notamment une très belle et petite accessible à pied depuis l’hôtel. D’autres sont à quelques kilomètres.

"O hotel é bem localizado. O lobby principal é bem decorado e moderno, mas o quarto tem decoração mais "rústica". O chuveiro era bem apertado (banheira).
No quarto que fiquei era impossível usar o Wi-Fi pois o sinal era muito ruim.
O café da manhã é bom e variado."

"O título de hotel 5 estrelas é mentiroso. O hotel seria um excelente 3 estrelas ou um 4 estrelas mediano. A experiência geral está BEM longe da que uma hotel 5 estrelas oferece. Os principais problemas foram:
- péssimo serviço: na chegada, a recepcionista simplesmente nos falou onde ficavam nossos quartos.. ninguém nos ajudou a levar nossas malas nem nos acompanharam até o quarto. O mesmo aconteceu no momento do check-out. Solicitamos ajuda com as malas e esperamos 30 minutos. Ninguém apareceu...

"Excellent hotel and accommodation. We had a hard time finding seats by the pool, though. Many clients leave their stuff on the pool chairs to “occupy” them, and leave."
"We had a great experience at this hotel.
The location is excellent — just a short walk from Chania’s charming Old Town. The rooms are comfortable, the shower is fantastic, and the amenities are high quality. One of the highlights was the pool area facing the sunset, and the jacuzzi overlooking the sea is simply amazing.
Breakfast had a good variety, and the orange pie was absolutely delicious — we just wish it had been available more than once! The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome.
The only downside is the lack of a gym, which would have made the experience perfect.
Still, we would definitely stay here again!"
