"The house is a great meeting place for a large family. The courtyard was great for the kids because it’s completely fenced in. They enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the guest house does not have a full bathroom and the house is a little rundown. Other than that, Our family enjoyed our stay."

"Very Nice 3/2 convenient to both National and State parks. Nearby Terlingua eateries. Complete accessories including gas and charcoal grills. And, a propane griddle. All in good working order. Clean as a whistle and easy to access. Sunrise and sunset a treat."

"Property is exactly as described - off grid cabin. Very comfortable place to come back to and relax after long days of hiking, canoeing, and explore Big Bend. Looking up at the stars at night was one of the highlights for us."

"I like that it was centrally located. The furniture was a little outdated. The stools had loose screws and the chairs were wobbly. Overall, the house was comfortable and spacious. The amenities could use improvement."

"A great option for a stay in Marfa. The house was exactly as advertised and spotlessly clean. The owner was in touch the whole time and very responsive. One shower did not get hot but as there was another it wasn't hugely inconvenient. It's on a quiet edge of town, which was nice for sleeping but still really convenient to drive, or a nice walk, to the center of things."

"Such a cute little house. Looks a little run down on the outside but is adorable on the inside. Very large home with plenty of sleeping space. Beautiful kitchen and laundry. Owner responds immediately to any requests or concerns. Will definitely stay again."

"At first glance, the property was great--neat and in a great location. But some things were less than ideal--the beds only had a bottom sheet--no top sheet, just a comforter. The linens, while clean, we're a bit old as they all had pilled. The bathroom mat was not clean. The outside furniture is not useable. And the parking arrangement was confusing--we finally did hear from the property owner, hoping that how we had parked for 2 days already was okay."

"Easy access, room and bath cleans and all the resource was running well but dec26 the coffee machine at breakfast room was out off order and were not available brown bread and only one fruit , apple. Otherwise it was according as expected."
