"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The Lincoln is located in the heart of Marfa and is great home-base for trips to the McDonald Observatory and Big Bend. "Our group of 6 chose to stay at Mark's place to be near the BBNP entrance, but that didn't work out quite right for us. Location is ~18 miles down a narrow, winding, lonely road off the main hwy. Then about another 5 miles of dirt road to get to Casa de Chiles. Mark greeted us as we drove up in the early evening. Communication was great and his place is quite clean with some super comfortable beds. Not the best place for basecamp, but a good choice if you're looking to stay somewhere and...

"The house is a great meeting place for a large family. The courtyard was great for the kids because it’s completely fenced in. They enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the guest house does not have a full bathroom and the house is a little rundown. Other than that, Our family enjoyed our stay."

"We liked the property a lot. Very unique, coffee shop and Starlight theater, food & drink close by. we had 4 nihts in the bunkhouse room. It was the only drawback, bunkbed-too firm, sleeper sofa too soft, shared bath out of room a little inconvenient. Despite that would definitely stay there again, but in a different room."
