Férias na praia em Colorado Central

We checked in after an exhausting day and were looking forward to getting some rest. When we first entered the room, there was an odd smell, which we initially attributed to the air conditioning being off and the room having been closed up. We turned on the AC and left for about two hours, expecting the room to be comfortable when we returned. Instead, it had only cooled to 74 degrees. We called the front desk and were told to raise the temperature setting, which didn’t make much sense and, unsurprisingly, didn’t solve the problem. Even after running all night, the room only cooled to 72 degrees. The room itself was attractive, but that really doesn’t matter when you can’t be comfortable in it. After a long, exhausting day, a cool, comfortable room and a good night’s sleep are basic expectations from a hotel. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience.

A localização é excelente, mas o hotel é apenas ok. Eu classificaria como um 3 estrelas, forçando um pouco 3,5 estrelas e não 4,5 estrelas como o site classifica. A cama não é muito confortável. O box do chuveiro estava um pouco sujo (parecia sangue). Os funcionários da limpeza não cumprimentavam os hóspedes ao passar por eles. O secador de cabelos era horrível, muito fraco. Não sei se me hospedaria novamente.

We had a fabulous experience! The service from the staff and the breakfast provided was amazing! Our artist suite was also tastefully decorated. We greatly appreciated the local recommendations also provided.
