"There was a dead mouse with flies and maggots in the first room given to me. Attention was lacking. They gave me another room and apologized. There was a live mouse in the next room. Careful with bringing groceries, but this is necessary as no dinner was available. The owner didn’t seem too interested in providing a good experience but maybe it was a cultural and language barrier. I didn’t like the floodlight 100 ft outside my room. "Location is good, near the river and the cable car over the river. We only stayed for 1 night which was good. I didn’t realize when booking that there were no towels provided. We had a mat for the floor in the bathroom, but nothing to dry our hands on, or the teacups we used for breakfast. The real negative here was the construction Right Next Door which continued until at least 11PM. A big truck was dumping rocks, even in the dark. We ate in the apartment but there were a few restaurants...

"Nice view on the lake, new rooms with modern designs, clean. Not organized kitchen. Very unfriendly woman receptionist. Just on arrival hot water in shower ended. We were asked to change the room, where shower was better but tap didn't have hot water all the stay. When we arrived to breakfast(8 to 11 am) at 10 am, there were only empty dirty plates, fruits, some veggies and cakes. On our questions we were told that we still can eat what is left. After some arguments they brought some sausages...
