Overall, I had a good stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff I interacted with throughout my stay were friendly, professional, and helpful. That said, the check-in experience was completely unacceptable. When I arrived, there were well over 50 people waiting in line, yet only two employees were working the front desk. The wait was far too long, and it’s hard to understand how a hotel could be so understaffed during what was clearly a busy check-in period. No matter how nice the property is, starting a stay by standing in a massive line because of inadequate staffing leaves a poor first impression. Once I finally got checked in, everything else went smoothly, which is why I’m still giving the hotel a good review overall. However, management needs to do a much better job staffing the front desk during peak arrival times. This is an issue that should be addressed.

Room was clean, great view and polite staff

I was running late and I wanted to inform the property but I could not even get in touch after spend more than an hour on call there was no one picking the call up and the IHG general customer care was simply pathetic, he took almost an hour searching for the reservation and finally disconnected. It was so rude of him. Finally I needed up not driving to the property because of if I reach late and if I could not find anyone then I will be stranded on the road with family in the middle of the night. I had to drive back 2 hours to home due to this inconvenience. Sad part is the management thinks I stayed there they don’t even have basic checklist to verify what happened with the user did he use it or not. And you are sending me the feedback form. It’s shameful

Very nice place in front of Heavenly. Just the pillow wasn’t good but the apartament is very nice

酒店位于汽车旅馆包围之中，外面没有什么风景和私密，我们房间一楼，阳台对着旁边汽车旅馆的停车场，阳台的泡澡浴缸基本无法用（有设计遮挡）。酒店设计新颖独特，不错。
