"Lighting was very dim, all bulbs weren't working. Water pressure was very weak and hot water never got hot. Room smelled bad. Vending machines were empty. Will not stay there again and will not recommend. Room was significantly overpriced for what I received."

"Upon check-in we were told elevator is out of order so we had to use the stairs! No rooms available on 1st floor. In the room there was NO television services. Called front desk and were told that the manager would fix the problem within an hour but 5 hours later still not fixed so we went to bed! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!"

So I asked him at the desk to make sure there was a working heater in room even tho he was super rude already.. the heater broken. The phone broken. I had my privacy tag on door when I got back from ice machine maid was smoking in my room said our room was cancelled.. I want my money back "

Elevador, quarto confortável, silencioso, duas camas de casal, microondas, frigobar,banheira, xampu,creme , enxaguatório bucal e espuma de banho. Academia de ginástica com 3 aparelhos novos, TV e agua. Café da manha fantastico com suco, bolo, café, frutas,iogurte,um dos melhores cafés da manha que já tive !"

"The entire facility smelled like mold and smoke. My room smelled like urine and smoke. The towels were dirty. The toilet had menstrual blood on it. It was horrible. The orher hotels in the area provided the same Unsatisfactory. Next time i will stay in Lafayette. "

"Such a cute little gem, right outside of downtown Lafayette. The house was lovely inside and out. The recent renovations and layout of the house makes it feel so much bigger than it is. The vaulted ceilings, and beautiful attention to details in the interior design made this a new place to stay when we visit! "

"When I arrived the front clerk told me that was some kind of issue with the Expedia reservations getting into the hotel's system and asked me to cancel my reservation with expedia and do it again with her. I have nothing to do with system's problems. She should check me in and solve it internally. In the end everything worked out fine (she somehow managed to pull the reservation on the system). But the idea of an internal system problem having to be resolved by the client is unnaceptable for...
