"mein erster eindruck ist immer der aussenbereich ,ich denke den hier kann keiner toppen : traumhafte kulisse und einen riesigen balkon . die wohnung ist sauber , warm und stilvoll eingerichtet . es gibt eine spĂŒlmaschine und viel geschirr . super fĂŒr kleine kinder mit viel spielzeug und spielplatz hinter dem balkon mit schaukel und turm ( alles eingezĂ€unt ). vor der anfahrt sollte man vorher einkaufen oder man hat das glĂŒck , das die vermieterin gerade nach unten fĂ€hrt und ( netterweise ) etwas...

Die Lage ist hinsichtlich Verkehrsanbindung (Auto - mit Stellplatz - oder Bus) sehr gut, es gibt aber auch genug schöne Wandertouren, die direkt in Saltaus wenige Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt starten. Meran ist fĂŒr einen Tagesauflug oder EinkĂ€ufe auch einfach zu erreichen. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind wie beschrieben modern und gut. Die sehr ruhige Lage und die kleine Terasse...

"Unser Aufenthalt verlief perfekt. Die Kommunikation im Vorwege verlief sehr nett. Die Gastgeber Alex und Ivo waren total hilfsbereit und hatten tolle Tipps. Die Lage fanden wir sehr gut. "Wir waren 10 Tage zu Gast bei Familie Schweitzer und waren super zufrieden! Das Appartment hatte alles was man benötigt und war sehr sauber. Das Bad bzw. die Dusche ist sehr modern und hat ausreichend Platz. Auch im Schlafzimmer hatte man mehr als genug Platz mit einem großen Schrank und einem kleinen Balkon. Von dem Apartment aus konnte man direkt verschiedenste Wanderwege auswĂ€hlen und auch bis zur nĂ€chsten Gondelstation waren es nur 10 Gehminuten. Kleine SupermĂ€rkte warne auch in 5 min...

Im Nachbarort gibt es BĂ€cker und Supermarkt, ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt. Eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants in naher Umgebung uns hat es immer geschmeckt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war hervorragend und unkompliziert. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder."
