Mid-terrace house with three rooms, bathroom, guest toilet and kitchen for rent

Very quiet—both during the day and at night.
Beautiful panoramic view.
Very close to the forest.

The attic room doesn't have a door.
But nobody comes up there anyway... ;-)

Please be aware,
that the toilet is on the first floor
&
and the shower is in the basement.
The rooms available for rent are on the 1st and 2nd floors.

And another important point:
You can only reach our house by climbing stairs!

-> So it’s (rather) unsuitable for people with mobility issues or in other situations where climbing stairs is difficult.

Please only book this accommodation if you don’t mind having to climb a few steps.
On the other hand, as mentioned, it’s very quiet here.
It’s also green, relaxing, and restful.

As I said, the surroundings are very quiet and very beautiful.
The forest is right nearby.
So it’s great for walks or jogging.

Winterthur has a lot to offer culturally, such as well-known art collections in art museums.
It also has just about everything for going out; you really don’t need to go all the way to Zurich.
I’d be happy to give you some tips if you’d like.

It’s also great for kids; there are public playgrounds, parks where you can have a picnic and relax, as well as a large indoor and outdoor pool.
There are also several smaller outdoor pools, one of which is right near the lodging.

And of course, don’t forget the Technorama, which is very interesting for children, teens, and adults alike.

The Old Town is charming and car-free.

Please note the information about the stairs in the section above!
Our house is accessible only by stairs.
So it’s only suitable for reasonably fit people,
who also don’t have tons of luggage to lug around.
On the other hand, it’s nice and quiet here.
It’s also green, relaxing, and restful.

We’re on vacation for 16 days and are renting out our house during that time,
that is, from July 28 through August 13.
The living room and dining room are not included.
So, three bedrooms (four beds), a bathroom, a guest bathroom, and a modern kitchen with an entryway where you can eat.
