Three bedrooms feature double beds, while one offers two single beds. Private bathrooms in each room and soft, earthy tones bring peace and tranquility. Two rooms have access to a balcony with a magical view of the sea.

The ground floor is the heart of the villa – a spacious living room with panoramic glass walls, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a large dining area ideal for shared meals. Natural light, soft tones, and elegant décor make this space perfect for gathering and relaxing. Step outside to a sun-kissed terrace where a heated pool awaits, inviting you to unwind in complete privacy and comfort.

In the basement, you’ll find a second kitchen and a well-stocked wine cellar, ideal for evenings with friends and family. A private gym, wellness area with a Finnish sauna for six, and a games room ensure entertainment and relaxation for everyone.

Located in Soline, just a 15-minute drive from Dubrovnik, Villa The Tinel is perfectly placed for exploring the southern Dalmatian coast.
