Ideal for those who want to avoid driving. This one-of-a-kind villa boasts some of the best views on the Dalmatian coast, it will spoil you with magnificent panoramas. Nestled just 8km away from famous ancient city of Dubrovnik.
The exterior and interior of the villa discovers a modern style with full equipment to provide our guests best organized vacation.
We offer our guests fully equipped middle and ground floor suitable for 9 people 200m2 big. It consists of 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens with all modern appliances, 2 living rooms, 2 modern bathrooms and 2 large balconies with magnificent panoramic sea views. One of the bedrooms is really special and ideal for loving couples. It offers breathtaking sea view straight from bed. Imagine waking up every morning in total bliss to the sounds of the waves crashing the shoreline eating breakfast overlooking a mesmerising landscape of the glittering Adriatic Sea. Moving to the outside area of the Villa 500m2 big you’re welcomed to an intimate alfresco, a fully equipped outside kitchen with BBQ where you can tuck into feasts grilled. A cozy sofa is provided for you to enjoy an ice-cold drink in the perfect place for spending hot summer nights. On pool level you can also find a small gym with large glass open exit with view on the pool and sea. There is additional bathroom on the same floor as well.
For your memorable nights next to the pool is a special sight view where you can spend your time relaxing with a view on Zupa Bay .Only 5 minutes walk from the center, beautiful beaches and magical sea views from all parts of villa are the factors that make this villa special and unique.
Car is not necessary during your stay.
Although we live on the top floor of the Villa. It is very important to mention that each part of villa and outdoor pool area is completely private and intimate as entrance in Villa as well . Guests are granted full privacy in Villa Hortensia. Surrounding area is completely for guests use. (there are no other apartments in the house).
Villa features an air conditioning in all rooms.

Guests will have access to: free WI-FI, free parking, private swimming pool with massage jets, towels, SAT TVs, washing machine, dish washers, open furnished terrace with sun beds, BBQ facilities ,fully equipped kitchen near the pool, outside lounge area, gym.
