"Super zentral . Der Flair an der Simon-Dach-Straße hat wirklich etwas eigenes gerade im Sommer super schön . Obwohl die Straßen und die ganzen Lokals gerade abends randvoll sind kann man trotzdem Mit Fenster offen schlafen . (Fenster zur Straßenseite ) . Es wirkt so als würden die Besitzer der Bars und der Kiosk drauf achten das die Lautstärke trotz hohem Andrang angemessen bleibt . Dazu zu erwähnen ist das Essens Angebot dort ist wirklich der Wahnsinn. Selten besser gegessen . Es gibt...

"This apartment was super cute, and a good fit for our family of 5. the small kitchen was adequately equipped to allow for some in house meals. A short walk to the main attractions all made for a great experience. The apartment does not have a television, and no laundry on site."

"Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Es fühlt sich sehr persönlich und durchdacht an, eben nicht eine Standard 0815 charakterlose Ferienwohnung. Eileen ist super lieb und aufgeschlossen. Und wenn man Tiere mag, ist man bei ihr ebenfalls gut aufgehoben. Die Umgebung ist eine Mischung aus hartem Pflaster und gut gelegen. Parkplätze sind hart umkämpft, aber Anbindungen an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in ca. 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch zum Tempelhofer Feld braucht...

"Das Appartement war eimwandfrei. Selbst Kaffe wurde zu Verfügung gestellt. Sauber, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top. Auch sehr flexibel.. wir durften eine Stunde später auschecken als geplant. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen und würde diese jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank!! "

"For the purpose of my trip to Berlin the apartment fitted perfectly. I needed a place on that area and I wasn’t going to stay at home or cook there. It was practical, the check in was easy and the apartment had all the appliances we needed. The lack of a couch and the tiny bathroom were the downside of the apartment. It’s a bit dark and we need to do a deposit before the arrival. But the communication with the owner was very easy and fluid."

"A fantastic stay with all you need for an overnight (and longer) stay in Berlin. The check-in process was smooth and upon request on the day, the host let us check-in early, which was fantastic. An excellent location with public transport and grocery stores nearby. Highly recommend that you visit the Boxhagener Platz area for dinner, drinks or a nice stroll."
