Come and enjoy a moment of relaxation in this small family house of 50m2 secure and fully air-conditioned, the sea is accessible a few minutes walk away, dedicated parking space.
Very well equipped, this house has been designed to facilitate your stay, to spend beautiful moments with family or friends.

Inside, the house offers a warm and functional space. It consists of a bedroom with high ceilings equipped with a double bed, as well as a mezzanine accommodating a single bed and a double bed, ideal for children or friends.
The living room includes a fully equipped open kitchen opening onto a small comfortable and air-conditioned living room, with television for your moments of relaxation. A bathroom with washing machine is also at your disposal, as well as a separate toilet. Plenty of storage space is provided to facilitate your installation during your stay.

Outside, located in a closed residence secured by a gate with digicode, the house benefits from a pleasant outdoor space. You will enjoy a small landscaped garden with a wooden terrace and a pergola, perfect for sharing meals or relaxing in the shade.
A plancha area is also at your disposal to prepare delicious meals outdoors. After a day at the beach, you will appreciate the outdoor shower, which is very practical for rinsing off. A small outdoor shelter makes it easy to store your suitcases or beach equipment. A free parking space is dedicated to accommodation within the residence. The accommodations are non-smoking inside (smoking is possible only on the terrace).

Babies can be accommodated in addition to the maximum capacity of 4 people. Equipment can be rented from the concierge (travel cot, stroller, high chair...).
Bed linen and a small bath towel are offered when renting the travel cot.

The house enjoys a privileged location with very close access to the beautiful beach of Pinarellu, which is within walking distance. You can easily enjoy its turquoise waters and fine sand.
Several restaurants, bars and small shops are also only a few minutes away by car, allowing you to discover the local life and gastronomy of the region.

Para-hotel service, household linen (beds, bathrooms and kitchen) is included in the rental and installed according to the number of travelers (percale duvet cover, percale flat sheet, percale pillowcases, bath towel, small towel, bath mat, kitchen towels).

You will have to start your stay, a sponge, a garbage bag in each bin of the accommodation (kitchen & bathroom), a roll of toilet paper per toilet, cleaning spray, 2 washing machine tablets and 2 dishwasher tablets, pepper/salt, olive oil.
However, the renewal of some of these products will be at your expense (washing up liquid, salt/pepper, olive oil).

Arrivals are from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (late check-in charged by the concierge service) and departure at 10:00 a.m. (check-out rate charged by the concierge service). The handover of the keys is done in person only, we like to be able to meet you and thus give you all the necessary indications of the accommodation and answer all your questions.
We will do everything possible to welcome you at the time that suits you best, however the hours may vary depending on the time at which the previous tenants leave, the condition in which the accommodations are left, as well as on any repairs and other interventions that we may have to carry out between 2 rentals.

The concierge will contact you 1 week before your arrival for additional information by text message and will inform you in real time of the time of availability of the accommodation, so remember to let us know if you are late.

For information, this is a furnished tourist rental, not to be confused with the services that hotels or guest houses may offer, therefore, we ask all our travelers to respect the premises and honor the requests made by the concierge service.

Upon the arrival of the tenants, an inventory of fixtures will be signed by both parties.Any damage or breach of the house rules will be the subject of a dispute.

In order to preserve our environment and not make a mess, you will be able to leave only unopened products in the fridge and dry products in the cupboards, they will be recovered so as not to go in the trash. On the other hand, everything else will have to be thrown away.
