Villa Fautea is a beautifully appointed 5-room vacation rental spanning 150 m² and accommodating a maximum of 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The villa is thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and generous living space throughout. The main living area features a welcoming lounge furnished with a flat-screen television, a separate WC, and direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects to a dining area, also with access to the terrace, making it an ideal space for shared meals. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are fitted with panoramic windows and each contains 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with a private bathroom featuring a bath and shower, as well as direct access to the terrace. The fourth bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed and a private bathroom with bath and WC, also opening onto the terrace. The layout ensures that every bedroom benefits from outdoor access, creating a seamless connection between the interior and the expansive surroundings.
