It has a panoramic terrace with 360º view over the Pinarello Bay and its Genoese Tower, a symbol of Corsica, and over the mountains and the Bavella's Needles. The terrace is protected by a pergola that brings shadow and freshness. It is perfect for enjoying breakfast in front of the sea or a beautiful sunset dinner with views over the swimming pool and the mountains. You’ll be able to enjoy the private heated saltwater pool during all the season, surrounded by a landscaped garden that provides privacy and views of the mountain. The deck of the swimming pool is perfect for a yoga session or to relax under the sun on the deckchairs. In the backyard there is a large pétanque strip next to a relaxing area ideal for chilling.

The Vila is composed of 6 bedrooms, 2 of them suite with complete toilet and other 2 with mezzanine. There are a total of 5 bathrooms, 3 separate WC and 1 in each suite. Up to 14 people can be comfortably allocated, both adults and children. All bedrooms have access to a terrace.

The first floor has a big open kitchen with an aisle, equipped with 2 induction stoves, 2 sinks, 2 fridges (one with an ice maker), 2 ovens, and 2 dishwashers that allows the cooking lovers to pleasantly cook for all while enjoying the view of the sea. A barbecue and plancha (gas) are available for a barbecue party. The kitchen opens up to a luminous dining area that has 2 big tables that can seat 8 people each. A big lounge allows hosting an apéritif or to play games in family. An air-conditioned TV room, a bit separated, will allow smaller gatherings or enjoy a cinema session. And a laundry room with two washing machines.
The private parking area can fit up to 4 cars.

The house is a few meters away from the Pinarello center, hamlet the Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio. You’ll find plenty of water activities (sailing, diving, water-skiing…). A small leisure port and gorgeous sandy beaches with thin sand and crystalline waters. During your stay, you can also discover breathtaking hikes around the seaside and across the mountains. The Cavu river allows baths, a wonderful natural experience, and there are some other activities like treetop course with zipline (A Tyroliana) in a magnificent environment, only 15 minutes by car.
