A significant extension was recently completed, the architect completely redesigned the villa with high-quality materials and transformed the architecture to enhance the views. The decoration is design-oriented with Le Corbusier or Noguchi furniture.



Large sliding glass doors allow the interior spaces to extend towards the covered terrace areas.

A gas griddle will enhance convivial meals with friends or family.



A carefully landscaped garden winds around the numerous terraces of the villa and the infinity pool allows for fully appreciating the superb view of the Alta Rocca mountain range.

The outdoor life is one of the strengths of this villa, a feeling of well-being predominates in the shade or in the sun, with the privilege of having no neighbors in sight. The relaxation aspect is also emphasized with 4 sun loungers, 4 deck chairs, and 2 Fatboy cushions.

A ping-pong table will enhance your stay with nice games between friends or family.



The day area of approximately 80 m2 consists of a living room dining room, with an open fireplace, oak kitchen, and back kitchen with laundry room, a guest toilet with hand basin.

You access the private space through a beautiful glazed and flowery patio: three bedrooms with full bathrooms and a 36 m2 master suite with double sinks, bathtub, shower, and walk-in closet.

Like in a hotel, each room is equipped with an adjoining private bathroom with a large shower and toilet.



Parking is possible for 1 vehicle at the top of the property under a covered shelter and 2 other vehicles downhill. A charging point for electric vehicles is also available.



Pinarello Bay offers many possibilities, especially for water sports, and serves as an interesting starting point for boat rentals.

You are also well-positioned for all other activities such as discovering natural pools, mountain walks, particularly the Bavella Peaks located less than an hour from the residence.



The other beautiful Corsican beaches, such as Saint-Cyprien, Palombaggia, Santa Giulia are also easily accessible.
