The high-quality and individually furnished semi-detached house is located on the edge of the forest in a cul-de-sac and extends over two floors. It is very modern and furnished to a high standard and has 2 LED TVs and free WiFi. From the combined living and dining area, you can reach the terrace with its own garden and box where you can enjoy Usedom's glorious hours of sunshine, fire up the barbecue or use the lawn for various games. In addition to patio furniture, there is also a beach chair and a sun lounger for relaxing or sunbathing. On cold days, you can warm up in the sauna or cosy up in front of the wood-burning stove in the living room. The sauna is located in the bathroom on the ground floor and has a walk-in shower. The fully equipped, high-quality fitted kitchen with Bosch appliances invites you to cook and enjoy meals together.



Upstairs, the first bedroom has a cosy double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds, which can also be put together, as well as a toddler bed with a thin folding mattress. The spacious, modern bathroom with WC and walk-in shower is easily accessible from the bedrooms.



Germany's second largest island offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches and plenty of unspoilt nature. Here you are surrounded by an extensive nature reserve with many animal and plant species and will find peace and relaxation as well as many leisure activities for the whole family. Cyclists in particular get their money's worth here on the many cycle paths and can explore the island far away from major roads. The holiday home has a lockable shed where you can safely store your bikes.



The fishing village of Kamminke with its small harbour, bathing beach and leisure and cultural facilities is approx. 4 km away. Other seaside resorts on the island, golf courses, the Schlossberg, St Mary's Church and the Ostseetherme thermal baths can be easily reached by car. The Achterland is a very interesting region due to the many sights and the numerous lakes that run through the Usedom hinterland.



Usedom's small airport is located close to the holiday village. Here you can watch an aeroplane take off or land about once a day.
