"Beautiful property! Excellent experience for us and a few family members who came in to play some of the awesome games. We were in town for my Mother's funeral and appreciated having this extra space. Everything from toiletries to snacks was provided. Plan on staying here again next time we're in town. Thank you"

"A pet friendly home in a great location! We could easily walk to the downtown mall, to the corner or to grounds. We loved the space. One disclosure, there is not a lot of welcoming space to walk your dog for a quick trip outside, yoh have to walk down the street. "

"Very pleasant, peaceful and just what the doctor ordered. A quiet get-away that's far enough from civilization but close enough if you want to venture out in the world. The property was very well kept. The only things that need a little tending to is the pool area seating as the the bar seats should be replaced and the grill could use a cleaning. Our host and his sidekick (Steve & Casey) were a pleasure. I would definitely return to this property"

"We had stayed in Cottage B before and it was excellent.Cottage A is symmetrical.IT IS PEACEFUL, QUIET, AND WONDERFUL.What a clean, manicured, and fully-appointed residence.We were amazed at how many "little things" were in the house, especially the kitchen. The owners have obviously thought it through and tested staying there.Bravo!"

"We had a great vacation on Lake Anna and thoroughly enjoyed the house. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to fit our large family. We loved the dock and spent lots of time on the porches and in the water. The house was clean, beds comfortable and we all enjoyed the huge basement and pool table. Home could use fresh paint and carpets. The upstairs AC unit was not producing cool air when we arrived and the upper level was very warm. We reached out to the property managers who contacted an HVAC...

"We really enjoyed the property and it’s spacious rooms. Plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate all of us at mealtimes and we really enjoyed sitting on the back patio during the evening. Great location on the lake as well. "

"The property was very nice and in a great location. The wooded outdoor space was fantastic. The walkway to the dock was a bit washed out, but our family had no issues. They provided 2 adult kayaks, 2 youth kayaks, and two paddleboards, as well as several life jackets and floatation toys. The house definitely felt like a cabin in the woods that could use updating, but it served our purposes beautifully. The communication was on point. It is apparent that the propery owner cares."

"We had three families sharing the house for a long weekend on the lake. It was a great size for our group of 11, with plenty of space for everyone. Mark (the owner) was especially responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and staying in touch throughout for any questions/issues.The house has great lake access on a quieter area of the lake with ample space for boat tie ups at the dock. We very much enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a real enjoyable time, and everything was as advertised. I enjoyed walking down to the river, and we sat on the porch for beautiful sunsets. The cabin was nice and clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It was extremely hot outside during our stay. Thank you so much for everything!"

"We had a great stay. The house is very nice and clean, and in a central location in Charlottesville. The neighborhood is lovely with many restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. Check-in and check-out was easy, and the host communicated well. We would definitely stay there again."

"Hotel location at the crossroad of highly popular roads made it noisy all day and night. To avoid if you’re sensitive to traffic noise. The room was just below the roof AC machine controlling the corridors cooling. It turned on and off every hour making the most horrible sound and trembling of the room. The staff admitted it but couldn’t help it. The breakfast was super limited and the cherry on the top is that you eat on paper plates with plastic cutlery 﫣☹️"
