The Ahorn holiday home is located in a residential area within Zinnowitz. The 2-family house has one apartment on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. The floor plan is appealing and spacious. The house is at 17459 Zinnowitz, Ahornweg 34. The beach and the center of Zinnowitz can be reached in a few minutes on foot. • The house has a garden for use by the house guests, • There is 1 separately accessible parking space for each apartment on the property. There is also a makeshift parking lot. • Guests can use DSL Internet access via WiFi free of charge. This is a voluntary additional service, so it is not a property of the holiday home that is guaranteed in the sense of travel law. Accordingly, rent reductions cannot be claimed if the system or parts of it or a router fails. • A dog is welcome in the ground floor apartment after prior reservation.
