On the land of the landlord the guests have a bungalow for up to 4 persons and a holiday apartment for 2 to 3 persons. Parking available on the property. The holiday properties are located in a quiet location, about 12 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes walk to the Bernsteintherme. Shops are located in the immediate vicinity. The place Zinnowitz offers itself very well as a starting point for cycling. 

Bungalow:
The 50 square meter bungalow has two bedrooms (double bed), a living room with color TV, radio, a small kitchen (sink, fridge stove) and shower / WC. A terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and sunbathing area is also available to guests. Bed linen can be booked for a fee. Towels are to be brought. The cost of electricity 0,39 € / Kwh (billing according to consumption) are to be paid locally. From 7 nights minimum stay, the initial bed linen is included in the price. For shorter stays, bed linen can be booked for € 7.00 per person.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
