Our apartment no. 4 (hallway, living area with open kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and storage room) on the mezzanine floor offers you all the amenities for a relaxing holiday for two.
From the bright, fully equipped living-cooking-dining area with leather sofa, armchair, smart TV and lowboard as well as internet radio (including cell phone charging station) you have a direct view as well as access via the sliding door to the south-west facing sunny balcony and that makes this apartment an individual gem. We are happy to provide you with free WiFi for surfing with your iPad or smartphone.
The balcony invites you to enjoy sunny moments for a hearty breakfast, a glass of wine in the evening or simply to end the day in a relaxed manner.
The comfortable box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) ensures restful sleep (preferably accompanied by the sound of the sea) and a relaxed start to the new day.
Our spacious and modern bathroom with a window and walk-in shower complements the comfort and underlines the contemporary ambience of the apartment.
The underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth in cool weather, with the hallway and living area equipped with tiled flooring and the bedroom with designer vinyl flooring.
In addition to the versatile external blinds, the insect blinds on the windows protect against annoying animals.
The additional storage room no. 4 in the adjacent building offers you space for bicycles and has an electrical connection. You can park your car on the property / parking space no. 4.
