Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed and offers generous storage for summer and winter clothes as well as luggage. The bathroom features a large shower and a towel warmer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary utensils. In the dining area, 6 people can sit comfortably at a large table. The cosy living area provides a smart TV, radio, and CD/MP3 player. Further amenities include private Wi-Fi, washing machine, baby cot with mattress, high chair, and self check-in.



The house is non-smoking. The ground floor is barrier-free. Enjoy the 30 m² uncovered terrace with sunshade and access to the garden, as well as a 65 m² roof terrace. The 400 m² garden is equipped with garden furniture for 6 people.



The house is located in a private cul-de-sac without through traffic, quiet and secluded, yet within walking distance to the sea and the town centre. A shared parking space is available in the carport at the house. You are only 200 m from the Baltic Sea, 800 m from the Bodden, and 600 m from the centre of Zingst with year-round cultural events.



Pets are allowed and will be charged separately by the landlord. Events are not permitted.
