The apartment offers approximately 55 square meters of living space, including a living room with a kitchenette and wood-burning stove, a bedroom with a box-spring bed, a bathroom, a storage room, and two large roof terraces facing south and west, respectively. A passenger elevator provides easy access from the underground parking garage to the top floor.

A parking space is available for your car in the building's underground garage. Bicycles can be stored in a dedicated storage room in the garage.
