With a living area of 62 m², it offers ample space for up to five people and is particularly well-suited for families and holidaymakers who value comfort, contemporary amenities, and a central location.

The apartment comprises three rooms: Two separate bedrooms with tiled floors provide a restful sleep and are equipped with blackout blinds or privacy screens. The tiled living room offers a pleasant and inviting atmosphere and features a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a TV (digital connection), a stereo system, a CD player, as well as books and games – ensuring there's no chance of boredom, even on rainy days.

The open-plan kitchen, integrated into the living room, is equipped to a high standard and includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with integrated freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, egg cooker, toaster, and all the necessary kitchen utensils and dishes for your stay. A spacious dining table forms the centerpiece of the open-plan living and dining area, inviting you to enjoy meals together.

The apartment's bathroom is modern and equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, vanity mirror, hairdryer, and other amenities. A full-length mirror and a clothes drying rack provide added convenience.
