CAMERAS: There are three exterior security cameras on the property: one at the front of the property, one in the courtyard, and one at the back of the property. They are for security only and do not record inside the home.

-Your suite is one part of a larger beachfront estate, and the second bedroom stays locked. A separate long-term residence is also on the property, with its own independent access.



THE COVE

-The cove is shared with a few neighbours

-Natural shoreline with rocks and shells, so check conditions before swimming

EARLY CHECK-IN

-The only way to guarantee early check-in is to book the night before. Otherwise, message us the day before and we'll let you know if the schedule allows.



LATE CHECKOUT

-We’d love to accommodate a later checkout where possible, but this depends on our cleaning schedule. If you have a late flight, you might like to book an extra night to enjoy a more relaxed departure.



PIZZA OVEN + BBQ PACKAGE

-Not available during fire bans, strong winds or unsafe weather. If we can't offer the package on your dates, we'll refund the $100.



GOOD TO KNOW

-Bedroom and ensuite are upstairs; the downstairs powder room isn't wheelchair accessible

-Mobile reception varies by provider, so screenshot your check-in instructions before you arrive
