The spacious living and dining area with its comfortable sofa offers plenty of room to relax, dine, and enjoy cozy family evenings in front of the fireplace.

The modern kitchenette, equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, kitchen appliances, microwave, and even baking utensils, leaves nothing to be desired.

The dining table comfortably seats up to six people. A highchair is available for small children.

The ground floor also features a spa shower with a sauna, a guest WC with natural light, and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

From the living area, you have direct access to the south-facing terrace and the surrounding garden, as well as a spacious wooden shed for your bicycles.

A handcart, a beach chair, and garden furniture are available for your use.

Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

The bedrooms can be completely darkened with pleated blinds and curtains. Insect screens have been installed to keep out pesky insects and ensure a restful sleep with a sea breeze.

The first bedroom, with a lake view, features a double bed and a wardrobe. There is also space for a travel cot. The other two bedrooms are identical, each with a pull-out single bed.

The entire house maintains a comfortable indoor climate thanks to underfloor heating, a thatched roof, and a fireplace.

Allergy sufferers will appreciate this accommodation; smoking and pets are not permitted.

Up to two cars can be parked in front of the house.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the holiday home.
