Modern Swedish red holiday home no.3 (65m²)Holiday like in Småland - in a family-friendly holiday home on the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast. The holiday home has been lovingly designed with lots of wood. You rent 60 m² of a well-kept semi-detached house with separate access and modern furnishings. The cosy sleeping alcoves on the upper floor are particularly popular with guests. As a family or with friends, you will spend relaxing days in this spacious house! The holiday home has a large covered south-facing terrace with seating and a barbecue. The living room, open-plan kitchen and bathroom are located on the ground floor. In the open-plan living area, a cosy TV corner with sofa, armchairs and satellite TV awaits you behind large, light-flooded windows. The spacious kitchen area consists of a kitchenette with fridge (freezer compartment), ceramic hob, oven, extractor bonnet, dishwasher and sink. There is a coffee machine, toaster and kettle as well as crockery and utensils for 4 people. There is a dining table right next to it. The bathroom with window is equipped with a shower and WC, and there are two separate bedrooms on the upper floor: bedroom 1 with a built-in double bed and two 90 cm single mattresses under the sloping roof; bedroom 2 with two built-in 90 cm single beds under the sloping roof. The sandy beach of Zierow is approx. 500m away - so a refreshing dip in the cool water is possible at any time (shallow sandy beach in front - ideal for children) and there are built-in electric heaters in each room, which are heated with clean green electricity. The holiday bungalow was built and furnished in 2011 in modern architecture and all consumption costs (electricity/water) and WiFi access are already included in the rental price. You book at a fixed price!

We pay the tourist tax to the municipality and issue you with a spa card.on request we can provide you with a high chair and/or a travel cot with travel mattress, wetness protection and sheets free of charge.all beds are made up with fresh sheets. Location description : Zierow is a small quiet village 5km west of the Hanseatic city of Wismar. other sports and leisure facilities : In the house is a comprehensive folder with recommendations for restaurants, farms and tips on various leisure and excursion offers. A riding stable is located 200 metres away. A small playground is in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home. There is a large playground on the beach, as well as a small indoor swimming pool with a beauty parlour, and the narrow sandy beach is ideal for families with small children, as the water is very shallow and therefore warm early on. Use of the beach is free of charge for spa guests (visitor's tax).
On request, we can provide you with a high chair and travel cot with travel cot mattress, wetness protection and sheets free of charge, and all beds are made up with fresh fitted sheets. (Please bring your own bed linen)We provide dishcloths, cloths, washing-up liquid, tabs and bin liners free of charge. In the house you will find laundry racks, clothes pegs, brooms, dustpans and a small hoover. For longer stays (14 days or more) we can offer you an additional cleaning service for an extra charge. In it we have compiled tips on shopping facilities, banks and doctors. We also recommend particularly nice restaurants and worthwhile excursions: some insider tips are included!
