Thank you, Sharon, for your honest feedback and appreciate noting that the property does need more seating. We spoke to the owners about this, and they are looking into rectifying the issue. With that being said, we do want to note that this property is directly on the lake, it has a deck with an amazing view and the photos represent exactly what state the property is in. We are very aware of the partial renovations and the owners have been working on having it completed. There is a new comforter on the master bed as well as new throw pillows and blankets on all the beds. Thank you for the 5-star review and we are happy you enjoyed the home. We do not work directly with the HOA. We manage the home itself, they manage the beach, community and community rules. We have written a couple of emails to the HOA about the unfriendly gate/beach staff. They have had issues with people sneaking onto the private beach and so it seems as if they have a short fuse and snap on anybody without the beach pass visable or if there is a wrong colored umbrella etc. The HOA has strict beach rules and we send each guest the beach rules to prior to arrival so guests are aware and can follow the rules. The HOA said they have spoken with the staff and asked them to not be so confrontational.

The owners of this condo take great pride in their home and always try to keep up on repairs and amenities within the home. COVID has made life interesting lately. We send our upcoming renters the HOA rules and regulations, which have changed a lot lately, and not within our control. We apologize for any inconveniences regarding COVID rule changes. Thank you for your honest feedback, we are sorry your time on the beach was not as satisfying as it could have been. There are plenty of guest/day use areas specifically for vacation renters on the beach for everybody to share. It is frustrating that owners are able to put a shade structure up on the beach for the entire season but who else would you let put up shade structures other than the people who actually own a home in the community and visit more often than vacation renters? Our home has views of the lake from the living room and master bedroom and two decks that face the lake with breath taking views. If the beach was crowded you could have relaxed on the deck and walked 30 seconds to the beach from our front door to cool off in the lake. There are not too many homes that have that luxury. We are planning on painting our home and doing some minor remodels but like our home to resemble a Tahoe cabin feel on the lake. Thanks for the input and sorry that we enjoy our big game heads on the walls. They are clearly in all of our pictures that you view before booking our home. We understand you can't please everybody but we sure do try. Thank you very much.
