"Wir waren als Familie das erste mal in Österreich und haben mit dem Elements Resort die beste Wahl getroffen. Aber absolut mega gutes Hotel. Das Zimmer ( eher kleine Wohnung) einfach top von der Einrichtung. Der Stil ein Traum. In der Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht, von Geschirrspüler über Kaffeemaschine. Und das Highlight eine Saune am Bad dran. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer alle absolut freundlich. Das Frühstück besser geht es nicht. Der Pool auch absolut Top. Wir würden das Hotel immer...

"Das Hotel ist fußgängig vom Bahnhof zu erreichen und unweit der Fußgängerzone und dem See. Im Hotel gibtes verschiedene, gemütliche Bereiche in denen man sich aufhalten kann. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sauber."

"Hotel perfeito desde a chegada até o fim. Atendimento excelente. Spa e jantar maravilhosos. O unico senão é o periodo. Check in 16:00hs, chegamos as 18:00 e o check out foi as 11:00hs e não deixaram ficar nem mais um minuto. "

Evening meal was optional which we enjoyed as the quality and service was exceptional, a little expensive but you definitely pay for what you get. Staff are very pleasant and spoke good English which made our stay more enjoyable. The Junior suite was a good size very clean and serviced everyday. Unfortunately there is no tea & coffee facilities in the room or air conditioning...

"Literally the hosts had their family staying with them so it felt like staying with family which I really enjoyed. They have a beautiful facility on a hillside with a great view of the valley and were very accommodating for us and our baby. bed was surprisingly comfortable. They gave great recommendations for food in the area. We just stayed one night on the way to the Dolomites and wanted to go to the Tauren SPA but jet lag and getting sick changed those plans so it was just an overnight stay...

"Es war alles top. Personal war sehr freundlich wir hatten genug Platz für uns als Familie mit 6 Personen. Die Ferienwohnung war top, sauber, genug Handtücher, tolle Betten. Pool und Sauna möglich. Wir kommen wieder. "
