The idyllic apartment offered by Steinbock Lodges is located right on the shore of Lake Zell and has its own garden and access to the lake. If you book this apartment, the Zell am See Kaprun Summer Card – offering you many discounts – is included from 15 May to 31 October. In winter, you can use the ski room with ski boot heaters and heated drying racks for your ski clothes following an active day on the many slopes.

Not far from Waterfront Apartment 1, you will stumble upon excellent restaurants, all with cosy terraces and – of course – beautiful views of Lake Zell. You can get to the centre of Zell am See either by bus (departs every hour and a bus stop is nearby), boat or car. A beautiful promenade will take you around the lake – ideal for running, biking and walking!



Leisure activities:

In winter, the outstanding pistes of the Schmittenhöhe, Zell am See’s local mountain, are just behind the town centre. In summer, the extensive hiking trails and cycling routes that start in the middle of the town take you up into the majestic mountains. You will learn all about the region and the local flora and fauna on guided hikes and themed trails. Not only a fantastic mountain view awaits you right on the lake but also numerous opportunities for different water sports from diving to sailing. For those who like things more on the quiet and relaxed side can jump on an excursion boat, travel at a leisurely pace across the lake and enjoy the panorama all around – simply wonderful!
