"Hotel muito bem localizado. Fiquei em um quarto alto com vista para a cidade mas as janelas estavam muito sujas, o que achei estranho para um hotel padrão 5 estrelas.

One problem : an outside bar on the other side of the street was sometimes very very noisy. Horrible music could be heard loudly in our room (doors and windows closed). We were told that this bar has a license to make noise up to 21h but this was respected 50% of the time - sometimes the music would stop only late at night. The staff from the hotel is aware of this but their complaints had little effect."
"I was in a small but very clean room number 262. The big problem with this room was the bar was below it and outside area where people smoked and the smell of smoke drifted in to the room even though the window was closed. I thought the smoking would stop but at 2 AM there were still people down there being loud and smoking combined that with another guest who had a dog that literally never stopped barking until very late in the evening and then started barking again before 7am.
