"Location excellent as very near centre. Would have been good to know about the 6 flights of stairs in the property description. A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything."

"Schöne, große Wohnung mit großem Balkon mitten im Zentrum. Die Treppe zum Obergeschoss ist ziemlich steil. Toll war, dass es ein Welkome-Paket mit Kaffee, Tee, etc. gibt. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass wir beim Checkout-Vorgang erst unsere Bewertung abgeben mussten, um die Infos zu erhalten. Außerdem fanden wir es sehr befremdlich, dass wir aufgefordert wurden, die Fragen jeweils mit 5 Sternen zu bewerten. Begründung: weil amerikanische Touristen ansonsten nicht buchen würden. "A large soul less showroom flat. No pictures, no tourist information or maps. Everything was extra including having the rubbish removed.so you had to put your rubbish in public rubbish bins. All the appliances were high tech, instructions would have been very useful. When booking a flat we made sure there was outside space. There was a nice space but no furniture. It is a sad, because it was a lovely large flat in a good location. People need to understand the meaning of hospitality"

"Quarto lindinho! Ótima localização! Chuveiro perfeito! Super estiloso o hotel! Recepcionistas super simpáticas! Chegamos um pouco antes, a recepcionista falou que liberaria o quarto em 5 min e depois de 30 min aguardando, resolvemos andar mais um pouco pela cidade e outra recepcionista disse que seria melhor voltar no horario do check in mesmo, só acho que não precisava ter dito que liberaria em 5min, teria gerado menos chateação na chegada, mas achei tudo excelente! "
