The modern, fully equipped holiday home with satellite TV, internet, garage was built in 2000 and completely renovated in 2016 and refurbished. It has an area of ​​120 square meters and a plot size of around 2500 square meters.
On the property there is a large garage where you can park, also in the driveway and in front of the house you will find enough space for several cars. The house has fast wireless internet access (LTE). The windows are protected against insects with fly screens, so that you are not bothered by mosquitos and flies in summer.
The family character of the house was very important to us, for this reason, the house is ideal for families with children, but also for friends who want to spend their holidays together.
The house is very conveniently located, so you can reach the highway (E30 / A2) by car in 8 minutes. The nearest bus stop is in the village and is within 5 minutes walking distance, the nearest grocery store in 3 minutes. The nearest train station in the neighboring town (Zbaszyn) can be reached by car in 7 minutes. Here you will also find a large lake partly with a sandy beach and the river "Obra", where you can swim and fish. Here you can also rent pedal boats, sailboats, motor boats and canoes. In this place you will also find all the important shops (bakers, butchers, greengrocers, supermarkets)
At the lake is a new hotel ("Navigator") with a very nice terrace overlooking the lake, where you can eat very good and cheap. Here you will also find a SPA with Jacuzzi, swimming pool and sauna area.
In the area around the house there are several lakes where you can swim and fish. In about 25 km distance is the old Ostwall (fort front Oder-Neisse) -in recent years, this has been restored and prepared for tourism. For a day trip he is very well suited.
The modern, fully equipped holiday home has an unobstructed view of the surrounding fields and is located directly on the edge of the village. It has 3 bedrooms each with a double bed (1.60 x 2m), in the upper 2 bedrooms there is a wardrobe in the lower a large chest of drawers. In bedroom 1 you will also find a cot (up to 3 years) and an ironing board.
The apartment has a 36 m2 living room with access to the beautiful 20 sqm terrace with open views over the fields, where you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast. The room has a corner sofa with sleep function (2 x 1.40 m pulled out), in which also the bedding can be stored. In the back part of the room is the TV area with a 3-seat leather sofa and a 43-inch plasma TV and DVD player (some DVDs available - mostly in German or English). The satellite TV is aimed at the satellites Astra and Hotbird, thereby receiving all major Western and Eastern European channels (More than 700 TV channels). Most German channels are available, also in HD quality. In this living room is also a sideboard with plenty of storage space.
In the fully equipped kitchen you will find all the usual household helpers (pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, cups, glasses, knives) etc. Also, it has a new large fridge-freezer (197 l / 97 l), a dishwasher, 4 burner Gas stove, new microwave with grill, new toaster, new coffee machine and a kettle. In it is a small breakfast table with 4 chairs. A number of the most important spices (salt, pepper, sugar, etc.) are available, as well as cleaning utensils and vacuum cleaners.
In the hallway of the ground floor is the large dining table with 6 chairs where you can eat comfortably pulled out also 8 people. A highchair is available. The house has 2 bathrooms, a large one in the 1st. Floor with large corner bath, vanity, hair dryer and drying rack and a smaller one on the ground floor with glass enclosed shower cabin and washing machine. In addition, we are also furnished for our little guests. At the dining table stands can a high chair, which can be used as a table and chair separately. A Bobbycar invites you to play. In the garden is a small playground with sandpit and swing built. The house has a small cot (up to 3 years). Some leisure games are also available for them. (Badminton, boules, football). In addition, there are 6 bikes (4 large and 2 youth) which are available for your excursions in the area free of charge.
In the garden is a new charcoal grill and a newly built in 2019 pavilion with wooden benches (minimum 8 people). The terrace is equipped with garden furniture (8 chairs and table), three sun loungers and a parasol for you. On hot days, she refreshes a large chrome-plated stainless steel floor fan. Fresh linen, towels and tea towels are provided for free, and an iron and ironing board are also provided.
