The apartment is located in the heart of Zaragoza, in a lively and well-established central neighborhood. Plaza de San Pablo is just a few minutes’ walk away, while the city’s main attractions, historic streets, shops, restaurants, and tapas bars are all within easy walking distance.

You can easily explore much of Zaragoza on foot, with Plaza del Pilar (15-minute walk), the Central Market (10-minute walk), El Tubo, and Calle Independencia all nearby. The area offers a great mix of local atmosphere, culture, cuisine, and city life.


Thanks to its central location, many of Zaragoza’s main attractions can be easily reached on foot. Plaza del Pilar, the Central Market, El Tubo, and Calle Independencia are all within walking distance.

The area is also well-connected by public transportation, with bus routes and other options available nearby. For longer trips or exploring areas outside the city center, public transportation is a convenient option.


The air conditioner is located in the living room, and the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

The apartment must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage incurred during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
