"The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful stay. When I mentioned that I needed a lot of water, they went out to the market and hauled back two full cases for me. Every morning, I texted to ask for some milk for my coffee, and they delivered it within minutes—sometimes seconds. The included breakfast was excellent. I usually don’t eat breakfast, but I truly enjoyed the colorful, flavorful, and healthy dishes. On the day I had an early tour, the staff even prepared something for...

"The room my 11 year old son and I stayed in was perfectly cozy. Air-con,adequate size and clean with nice decor. The team of staff are fantastic looking after you re every need from breakfast to taxis and even escorting to local pick up points or cafes.. you're even get a check up phone call if you're out late hahah.. really was a great experience ;)"

"The room was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and very nice. The taxi was unable to come to the door but Mohammed came to meet me and walk me to the Riad. It is in a local neighborhood but not with in the Medina. Mohammed got me a taxi to the Medina ans came and found me when I got lost returning. I would caution solo women travellers- the location is tricky to find."

"Staff is amazing and specially zidan and Abdul they are very professional and breakfast was supperb I recommend everyone to come"

"Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Çözüm odaklı"

"First thing is how clean and fresh the place looked and how incredible the staff were. They were so helpful! Always polite and attentive. Always smiling too. The breakfast was great and lots of it, the room was very clean and and well maintained. The shower was great too and nothing ever broke or went wrong. I struggle to fault this place, and so glad I found it, only thing which is general to most of the riads, taxis can’t go fully outside the door but don’t worry the staff are so helpful...

"Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit sehr nettem Personal. Das Abendessen war ein Genuss."

"It was a great experience on my trip. Excellent Riad."

"Staff was very friendly and supportive"

Quando voltar quero me hospedar novamente neste hotel "

"Riad Zen House was amazing! From the stuning space inside, the rooms, the terrace, everything was amazing. The breakfast was incredible and the lady's were very helpfull. The room had lots of space, the bathroom was simply beatiful and they chaged the towels everyday. The only thing that could be just a little bit better is the internet, but it was fine. I would higly recomend this riad as we hada great time there. "
