The rooms were very spacious and clean (a big shout out for the housekeeping staff - thanks!) and all the staff very nice and helpful.
I would definitely return and can recommend this resort.
A couple of improvement points and notes though:
- On our last day a massive group arrived (I believed it to be a company's trip) and the resort completely transformed itself: it used to be a dream family place,...
" During my stay i was hosted in 3 different accommodations in the hotel. Water villa was absolutely awesome 5 stars . But other rooms with very poor maintenance lots of things were broken. Bad towels vwry used and old totally different from the high quality of the villa. It looks like they are not renovating the instalations..
..service was amazing and food evru good. The road to the hotel was terrible ...very very bumpy and fsr from the airport. 1 hour and 40 minutes . Drinks in the bar...
