Beach House in Zandvoort with Sea View

This unique, detached beach house is located in the small-scale resort Beach Houses Zandvoort, directly on the beach of the nice seaside resort with the same name. The centre of Zandvoort is only 1.5 km away.

This ground-floor beach house is attractively and modernly furnished. The living/bedroom has a double closet bed (at height), dining area, and open kitchen with, among other things, a fridge/freezer combination. There is also a bedroom with two single beds set up as a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and there is a separate toilet. For extra comfort in the warm months, air conditioning is available. You can also use this as heating on colder days.

The outdoor life of course takes place on the wonderful sandy beach. Comfortable furniture is also available here.

The beach houses are built in two rows. Depending on the house number, you can enjoy a full or partial sea view.

Resort Beach Houses Zandvoort does not have its own car park. You can park your car at various public parking spaces for a fee. Directly on the beach and in the town centre, parking fees are high. We therefore recommend using a parking lot or garage on the outskirts of Zandvoort. Please see the website of the Municipality of Zandvoort. Here, you can also purchase affordable, multi-day parking tickets for a number of car parks. Zandvoort is easily accessible by public transport. From Zandvoort station, you can easily reach the "Circuit" bus stop with bus line 81 or 84. From there, it is a 200 m walk to the start of the beach.

At Beach Houses Zandvoort resort, you can book three different types of beach houses for two to four people.

- From 25–28 June 2026, the Luminosity Festival will take place near the park, so it may be busier than usual. A €400 deposit applies for 4-person accommodations and €700 for those with more than 4 people. This deposit applies to all guests, even if you don’t attend the festival.
