HOUSE RULES
Before you settle into your temporary home, we would like to inform you about the house rules that apply to this accommodation. Understanding and adhering to our house rules is important for a pleasant and comfortable stay for everyone!
- Quiet hours start at 10 p.m. After this period, please keep the noise level low under all circumstances. Don't play loud music or keep conversations indoors.
- Please ensure that doors and windows are always closed when leaving the residence.
- We want to keep our neighbors happy! Please keep this in mind when climbing stairs, closing doors and using outdoor areas.
- It is not permitted to invite guests during the stay who are not included in the booking unless expressly permitted by our hosts.
- Drugs, including soft drugs such as cannabis, are not permitted in or around the property.
- It is not allowed to move furniture without permission.
- Be careful with the keys and do not leave them stuck in the door. If we need to change the lock or replace the keys, you will be charged for the cost of the replacement.
- Do not kill insects on the wall or ceiling.
- If available outside, bring the pillows indoors at night, when it rains and/or when leaving.
- Please contact us if something is missing or not working properly so that we can find a solution as quickly as possible.
- In the event that damage to the room or its contents is not covered by our own insurance, the Guest of the Deposit will provide necessary repairs or replacement.
- Do you like to party? We do that too! There are many great party locations in our area. Just note that this home is not one of those... Our vacation home is a smoke-free zone. It is important that this rule is respected in order to keep the accommodation in the best condition. Guests are only allowed to smoke outdoors, e.g. on the balcony or terrace, provided that the following house rules are adhered to:
- Smoking soft drugs such as cannabis is not permitted;
- Neighbors are not bothered by the smoke;
- Keep windows and doors closed to keep the smell of smoke outside as much as possible;
- Guests are only allowed to smoke outside in designated areas;
- Filters and cigarette butts must be properly disposed of in the trash and not on the floor.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this property. Violation of the house rules may result in cancellation of the booking and/or loss of the deposit.
You can check in from 3 pm. The keys can be found in a key safe at your
accommodation. The code of the key safe is 3938 To use the free parking
option, you need to pass your car's registration number via text message to
the owner Roel on: +31 6 463 300 64. This is also the number for any
contact after your arrival.
